Trifecta Programme Initial Stakeholder Sector Survey Results
Results from the Regulatory Framework Review (“Trifecta”) Programme Stakeholder Survey undertaken in May 2021 are now available.
The survey ran for two weeks in May 2021. This was focused on gathering feedback from our stakeholders around the usability and usefulness of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, the National Civil Defence Emergency Management Plan Order 2015 and the accompanying Guide to the National CDEM Plan 2015; and how these could be improved.
Results from the survey have been published in an infographic and summary report. These documents share the key findings from over 300 respondents who completed the survey.

Thank you to everyone who completed the survey. Your responses will inform the development of a new, more flexible and responsive regulatory framework. We will be undertaking further targeted stakeholder engagement and consultation in the coming months and there will also be opportunities for public consultation during the Programme.
