CDEM Amendment Regulations 2010
The CDEM Amendment Regulations 2010 have been approved by the Governor-General, and will come into force on 1 August 2010. The key changes that affect CDEM Groups and local authorities are the prescribed forms for declaring, extending, and terminating a state of local emergency.

Exercise Tangaroa
